New for 2021, the Free Pants are lightweight cargo pants designed for a wide range of activities in warmer weather.They are stretchy and unrestrictive with a relaxed fit, making them very comfortable with a high level of mobility. These might be our most versatile pants, but they are made with climbing in mind; durable, breathable and weather resistant, with a gusseted crotch and clean waist for comfortable use with a harness.

    Designed for rock climbing, bouldering and scrambling in spring and summer, the Free Pants have a distinct technical focus but are highly versatile. They are extremely stretchable and comfortable, providing an uncompromising level of mobility with an articulated patterning and a gusseted crotch.

    The waist is streamlined and uncluttered for when using a harness, cargo pockets are angled for easy access and there are adjustable cords at the leg openings for a tighter fit and improved visibility on the crag. The nylon blend fabric is lightweight and durable with excellent breathability. They are water resistant and quick-drying with a relaxed fit. These pants are so versatile that you can wear them from couch to crêperie to crag with equal comfort.

    Hanger loop for your chalk bag and elastic side leg loop for your bouldering brush. 

    Elastic cord lock at leg opening.

    Two hand pockets, two zipped leg pockets with phone mesh pocket inside and one back pocket.

    Main fabric denier: 90D x 160D. Two-way stretch fabric.

    Waterproofness:PFC-free DWR treated main fabric.

    Garment weight: S 419 g, M 431 g, L 452 g, Xl 478 g, XXL 506 g.

    Fit:Relaxed fit, straight leg.

    Inseam: S 82,5 cm, M 84,5 cm, L 84,5 cm, XL 86,5 cm, XXL 86,5 cm.

    Waist:Low-profile waist – comfortable under a harness. Adjustable integrated semi elastic webbing belt with metal hook.

    Pockets: One easy accessed side leg pocket with reverse three millimeter coil zipper. Right side leg pocket with mesh pocket inside to hold a phone. One back pocket with reverse three millimeter coil zip. One hidden right hand pocket with concealed zip. Two open angled hand pockets for a clean and casual look.

    Extra features: Elastic loops – one on side leg to hold a climbing bouldering brush and one on center back waist to attach a climbing chalk bag when bouldering.

  • Fine wash the garments in cold water, maximum 30°C, by itself or with other garments in similar colors. Make sure to close all pockets and do not use fabric softener.

    Hang dry or tumble dry at low temperature.
