The Stellar Insulated Shell System combines two technical essentials: a stormproof 2-layer shell fabric and light, breathable synthetic insulation. The shell fabric, made from 100% pre-consumer recycled nylon, features the Dermizax™EV membrane from Toray Japan for reliable weather protection and exceptional breathability, finished with a PFAS-free* DWR coating. Inside, Primaloft® Silver P.U.R.E. insulation — crafted from 100% recycled polyester — offers lightweight, packable warmth that retains heat in any conditions. Together, these materials provide streamlined performance to keep you warm, dry, and comfortable all day.

By integrating insulation and shell layers into a single design, ventilation becomes more effective and direct, allowing heat and moisture to escape efficiently. Long, strategically placed ventilation zippers provide direct-to-body airflow, keeping you cool when skiing gets intense.

With a regular fit and articulated patterning, the Stellar Insulated Shell System is built for freedom of movement — whether you’re exploring off-piste terrain, hitting the groomers, or heading straight to an unexpected après. Main fabric denier: 70D X 140D (This is a woven fabric in which the warp and weft have different denier numbers).

Lining fabric: 100% Pre-consumer recycled Polyester 47g/m2.

Reinforcement fabric: 3-layer 100% nylon with Dermizax™ membrane. DWR-treated. 262g/m². Made in Japan.

Reinforcement fabric denier: 210D x 280D (Woven fabric in which the warp and weft have different denier).

Insulation: 60g/m² Primaloft® Silver P.U.R.E (100% recycled polyester)

Waterproofness: 20000mm. PFAS-free* DWR coating. May contain traces from shared production facilites.

Breathability: 20000g (But lining fabric is tightly woven to not let out any insulation fibres, making breathability of garment not as high).

Wash & Care
Shell garments are designed to protect you in harsh weather, and proper care is essential to maintain their performance. Washing your shell regularly helps remove dirt, oils, and residue that can compromise durability, breathability and water repellency.
- Wash Regularly: Fine wash your garment in cold water (maximum 30°C), either on its own or with similar colors. Close all zippers and pockets before washing. Avoid fabric softeners, as they can affect the garment’s technical properties.
- Reactivate Water Repellency: The Stellar Insulated Shell is treated with a PFAS-free* durable water repellent (DWR) coating, a more environmentally friendly choice. It may need reactivation or reapplication more often than traditional treatments. Reapply a DWR spray periodically for optimal protection.
Frequent washing keeps your garment breathable, prevents dirt from clogging the fabric, and ensures consistent performance during your adventures. Proper care means your gear will be ready for the elements every time you are.
