These Terms & Conditions apply to your Stellar Equipment customer account and participation in the StellarEQ Social Club ("Loyalty Program"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Account Registration
To create an account, you must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity performed under your account. Your account is personal and may not be transferred or shared.
Eligibility
The Loyalty Program is available to individual retail customers aged 18 or older. It is not available for corporate, business, or resale purchases. Customers who are accepted into the StellarEQ Pro Program cannot participate in the Loyalty Program for as long as their Pro status is active.
Tier Structure and Points
Your loyalty tier is based on your purchases at stellarequipment.com over the previous 24 months. Points are used only to determine your tier and cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit, or vouchers. Tier benefits are linked to your account and are not transferable.
If you return a purchase, points earned from that order will be deducted. Your tier may be adjusted accordingly. Customers have a 365-day grace period before any downgrade takes effect.
Loyalty Benefits
Benefits vary by tier and may include preferred pricing, early access to product launches, invitations to events, or special offers. Selected benefits may apply in our showrooms when you identify yourself at checkout. Benefits cannot be shared, transferred, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
Stellar Equipment may adjust, add, or remove benefits at any time.
Communication
When you create an account, you will receive essential service-related communication about your membership, orders, and program updates. You will also be subscribed to our newsletter and marketing emails. These include news, product launches, invitations, and offers from Stellar Equipment. You may unsubscribe from marketing communication at any time by using the link in our emails or by updating your preferences in your account settings. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect your account or Loyalty Program membership.

Termination and Inactivity
You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. If your account is closed or inactive for an extended period, your loyalty points and benefits may be removed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
Program Changes
Stellar Equipment may modify or discontinue the Loyalty Program or update these terms at any time. Continued use of your account or participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updates.
Privacy
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence always apply.
