These Terms apply to all orders placed by the customer (“you”) with Stellar Equipment AB (“Stellar Equipment”, “we”, “us”) on stellarequipment.com.
By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Global-E Markets
For customers in the United States, Canada, Chile, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and South Korea, orders are processed by Global-E, which acts as Merchant of Record. Global-E’s Terms & Conditions apply in addition to ours. Payments, duties, taxes, and logistics in these regions are handled by Global-E.
Prices & Delivery Charges
Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable, except in markets handled through Global-E. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout. If your order requires multiple shipments, you will not be charged extra for additional deliveries. Stellar Equipment reserves the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders where necessary.
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. Your order is confirmed when it leaves our warehouse, at which point you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. All purchases are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and issue a refund.
If your order contains multiple items and one or more are unavailable, we will ship the available items and cancel the unavailable part of the order.
Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unexpected events. If delivery exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order. If your order does not arrive as expected, contact our customer support team.
Withdrawal & Returns
You may return or exchange products within 30 days of receiving them, provided they are new, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging. Return instructions and full details can be found at stellarequipment.com/returns. Canadian shoppers are eligible for a full refund of Duties & Taxes on returns.
If a product is defective upon delivery, notify us promptly and if the product is deemed faulty after inspection we will help you with the return or exchange.
Payment
Available payment methods vary by market and are displayed at checkout. Additional terms may apply between you and your payment provider. Payments in Global-E markets are handled by Global-E.
Product Information
We strive to ensure accuracy in product descriptions and imagery. However, colors may vary depending on screen settings, and minor errors may occur. Product availability, specifications, and pricing may change without notice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not liable for indirect losses or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, or governmental restrictions. Our maximum liability is limited to the total value of your order.
Warranty
We comply with all applicable EU statutory warranty regulations. In addition, Stellar Equipment offers an extended warranty covering material or workmanship defects. Damage caused by normal wear, misuse, accidents, or improper care is not covered but may be repairable for a fee.
If the product is deemed faulty after inspection, we will help you with a suitable solution which could include a repair, replacement or refund if the item is discontinued.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, product designs, images, and content on our website remain the property of Stellar Equipment or its licensors. Use is permitted only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Assignment
We reserve the right to assign or transfer claims for payment, including installment payments, to third parties.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. As a consumer, you retain the protection of mandatory laws in your country of residence. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Stretch Down Jacket 3.0 Giveaway
Official Sweepstakes Rules
1. Organizer
The Stretch Down Jacket 3.0 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is organized by Stellar Equipment AB, reg. no. 556973-2026, Skeppsbron 26, 111 30 Stockholm, Sweden (“Stellar Equipment”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents aged 18 years or older in the following countries: United States (including Washington, D.C.), Canada, Chile, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and South Korea, subject to applicable local laws and restrictions.
Employees of Stellar Equipment and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on October 26, 2026, at 12:00 AM CET (Swedish time) and ends on November 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM CET (Swedish time). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Eligible participants may enter the Giveaway by providing a valid email address through the optional giveaway entry form at the end of the Stellar Equipment Customer Survey.
Completing the customer survey is not required to enter the Giveaway and does not increase the chances of winning.
Limit one entry per person. Participation is voluntary and free of charge.
5. Prize
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Stellar Equipment Stretch Down Jacket 3.0, with an approximate retail value of USD 379 per jacket and a total prize value of USD 1,137.
The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Size and colour are subject to availability. Stellar Equipment reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary, subject to applicable law.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on November 16, 2026. Each winner will receive one (1) Stretch Down Jacket 3.0.
The winners will be contacted by email by November 20, 2026, and must respond within seven (7) days. If a winner does not respond or is ineligible, an alternative winner may be selected.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Personal Data
Email addresses and any additional personal information required to administer the Giveaway will be used for entry administration, winner selection, notification and prize delivery.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Stellar Equipment Privacy Policy. Entering the Giveaway does not automatically subscribe participants to marketing communications.
8. General Conditions
Stellar Equipment reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete or in violation of these Official Rules.
Stellar Equipment may modify, suspend or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise its fairness or proper administration, subject to applicable law.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations in the eligible jurisdictions. The winner is responsible for any taxes arising from receipt of the prize, where applicable.
