Can I exchange/return a product in a physical store that I bought online?

Unfortunately, returns or exchanges for online purchases cannot be processed in our physical stores. To initiate a return, please follow the steps provided at this link.
How long will the Pop-up store in Stockholm be open?

Our Pop-up store in Stockholm will be open until January 31, 2025.
Can I get help with a product issue in any of the showrooms?

Yes, we are always here to help with product issues. However, if the product was purchased online, the quickest way to resolve the issue is to contact our customer service team at info@stellarequipment.com for assistance.
Can I order online and pick it up at one of the physical stores?

Unfortunately, online orders cannot be picked up at our physical stores. All online purchases will be shipped directly to your home or the address provided at checkout.
