How it fits into your System

performance

Built to ski anything.

Five years in the line and over 16 000 pairs sold. It's the pant we built for the whole winter and the whole mountain. A regular fit that goes over a ski boot without the extra fabric, and room to layer underneath on the coldest days.
Powder tested the kit for a season and found both the jacket and the pants "impressively waterproof and breathable".

Fully waterproof. +20 000 mm, three layers, taped seams and YKK AquaGuard zippers throughout. The same storm protection as every shell we make.
A clean regular fit. Cut to go over a ski boot without the extra fabric, so it looks right in the lift line and on the way home.
The only pant you need. Long vents down the outside of the leg you can open while you keep skiing. Internal gaiters that keep the snow out. Resort, sidecountry or touring, November to May.
Made to last years. Durable Japanese nylon, every zipper sewn rather than glued, and a waist that adjusts with velcro rather than stretching out.

How to use it

Full weather protection for the full winter day. Wear them over a base layer on most days, and add the Light Mid Pants or the Ultralight Down Pants 2.0 when it turns properly cold. On the way up, open the leg vents instead of stopping to take a layer off.
