The Stellar Down Parka is a warm, robust insulation piece engineered for extreme cold and long periods of exposure. Filled with substantial amounts of premium 800 FP HyperDRY™ European down and wrapped in a lightweight, weather-resistant Japanese ripstop shell, it balances high loft, durability, and packability with clean, purposeful design. Its warmth-to-weight performance places it among the most capable parkas in its class, making it a dependable stand-alone layer for summit stops, belays, bivouacs, and deep-winter missions. An oversized hood fits over most alpine helmets, while large fleece-lined hand pockets, accessible chest pockets, and interior storage keep essentials secure. The regular fit with an extended back provides protection without excess bulk, and it compresses easily into the included stuff sack for rapid deployment when temperatures fall.
