These Terms apply to all orders placed by the customer (“you”) with Stellar Equipment AB (“Stellar Equipment”, “we”, “us”) on stellarequipment.com.

By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Global-E Markets

For customers in the United States, Canada, Chile, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and South Korea, orders are processed by Global-E, which acts as Merchant of Record. Global-E’s Terms & Conditions apply in addition to ours. Payments, duties, taxes, and logistics in these regions are handled by Global-E.

Prices & Delivery Charges

Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable, except in markets handled through Global-E. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout. If your order requires multiple shipments, you will not be charged extra for additional deliveries. Stellar Equipment reserves the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders where necessary.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. Your order is confirmed when it leaves our warehouse, at which point you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. All purchases are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and issue a refund.

If your order contains multiple items and one or more are unavailable, we will ship the available items and cancel the unavailable part of the order.

Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unexpected events. If delivery exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order. If your order does not arrive as expected, contact our customer support team.

Withdrawal & Returns

You may return or exchange products within 30 days of receiving them, provided they are new, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging. Return instructions and full details can be found at stellarequipment.com/returns.

If a product is defective, notify us promptly. If the product is deemed faulty after inspection, we will replace it with the same model, size, and color or offer a refund if the item is discontinued. If the returned product shows no defect, we will return it to you.

Payment

Available payment methods vary by market and are displayed at checkout. Additional terms may apply between you and your payment provider. Payments in Global-E markets are handled by Global-E.

Product Information

We strive to ensure accuracy in product descriptions and imagery. However, colors may vary depending on screen settings, and minor errors may occur. Product availability, specifications, and pricing may change without notice.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not liable for indirect losses or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, or governmental restrictions. Our maximum liability is limited to the total value of your order.

Warranty

We comply with all applicable EU statutory warranty regulations. In addition, Stellar Equipment offers an extended warranty covering material or workmanship defects for the practical lifetime of the product. Damage caused by normal wear, misuse, accidents, or improper care is not covered but may be repairable for a fee.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, product designs, images, and content on our website remain the property of Stellar Equipment or its licensors. Use is permitted only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Assignment

We reserve the right to assign or transfer claims for payment, including installment payments, to third parties.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. As a consumer, you retain the protection of mandatory laws in your country of residence. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
