Each TEAR-AID® Repair Patch is made from an exceptionally tough, matte finish, abrasion resistant, elastomer that resists puncture and tearing. It is combined with an aggressive adhesive formulated for high bond strength.

How it fits into your System
How to use it:
1. Make sure the fabric is clean and completely dry before applying the patch.
2. If you're repairing a down product, gently push any down back inside the garment before covering the hole.
3. Cut the patch so that it extends at least 2.5 cm (1 inch) beyond the tear on all sides.
4. Round the corners of the patch to help prevent peeling.
5. Peel off the backing and apply the patch firmly over the damaged area.
6. Press from the center outwards to remove any air bubbles.
The patch creates a durable seal that prevents the damage from spreading and helps keep your gear performing.
