The new Free Shell 2.0 is a specialist 3-layer shell program designed for hardcore winter exposure: big lines, big airs, epic powder days and the search for backcountry adventures — in any weather conditions.

Stormproof Freedom of Movement

This shell has an oversized fit for maximized freedom of movement, large ventilation zippers for fast temperature adjustment, and technical details designed to excel in mountain terrain. The jacket has a generous hood that will fit any helmet, and the pants are equipped with a stretchable and breathable bib.

Stormproof with Outstanding Breathability

The newly developed 3-layer shell is built from a new 100% pre-consumer recycled Japanese nylon fabric, paired with the unrivalled Dermizax™NX technology from Toray. It offers increased durability while maintaining the exceptional waterproofness, extraordinary breathability and low weight that professional riders demand.

The new YKK AquaGuard® 2-way ventilation zippers are slightly enlarged, and all zippers are stitched for improved durability. The jacket’s collar is redesigned with laser-cut ventilation holes on the front placket. The women’s Bib Pants have drop-seat construction for easy bathroom access.
